We pride ourselves on protecting your information, something sadly lacking in other organizations which offer tours.

   The US Navy requires all tour participants, 16 years of age and older, to show two forms of identification. A picture ID, (driver's license or ID card), along with a form showing that he or she is a US citizen is required. Proof of citizenship can be: a photo copy of the birth certificate, a current US passport, Naturalization paper, a US active / retired military ID card, a voter's registration card, or a Command-approved Department of Defense ID card. This information will be checked by the NAWS police department on the date of the tour at the entrance gate. The tour taker will not be able to proceed without adequate identification.
   Minimum age for tour takers is 10 years or grade 4. Under age 16 the tour taker should simply have a school ID and their full name, phone number, birthdate and place of birth. The police department will inspect each vehicle the day of the tour. The current vehicle registration and insurance, along with driver's license is checked. No glass containers, alcohol, or weapons are allowed on base, and will be confiscated.
   Once your information is submitted, and your tour date is accepted, a confirmation will be sent by the FLCC tour coordinator, Mary Hattendorf.  Mary will confirm your information and provide:
   Time of tour, Place to meet, area Maps, area food and lodging info, etc.
   Tour cost is $35 USD per person. Method of payment can be by credit card, through Paypal's secure site, or by personal check mailed to our mail box below. Please allow adequate time for personal checks to clear. Reservations for tours must be made at least two weeks in advance.
